We will meet for an easy 3 or easy 6 mile run before we flow. Walking is welcome too!
Yoga
We will do a 50 minute post-run flow that will strengthen your running and check your rehab/prehab box.
Brunch
A vegetarian brunch full of fresh juice, coffee, tea, breakfast burritos, pastries and organic fruit.
